Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Social Jump Agency platform and services ("Service") operated at sj.agency. By connecting your social media accounts to our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Social Jump Agency provides social media management services, including scheduling and publishing content (videos, images, and text posts) to connected social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn on behalf of authorized users.

2. Account Authorization

  • You must own or be authorized to manage any social media account you connect to our Service.
  • By connecting an account via OAuth, you grant us permission to publish pre-approved content to that account.
  • You may revoke this authorization at any time through your platform's account settings.

3. Content and Publishing

  • We only publish content that has been pre-approved in our content management system.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that content complies with each platform's community guidelines and terms of service.
  • We do not create content on your behalf unless separately agreed upon.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the security of your connected accounts.
  • Ensure you have rights to all content submitted for publishing.
  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Our Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for actions taken by social media platforms (content removal, account restrictions, algorithm changes).
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your stored credentials within 30 days. Content already published to your social media accounts will remain on those platforms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
